03 · The bakehouse

One bake. Every morning.

Butterfield runs on one idea: bake a short list perfectly, every day, and be there when the neighborhood wakes up. No freezer case, no par-baked anything, no seventeen-item pivot to lunch. Bread, pastry, coffee, done with the kind of attention that doesn't scale, on purpose.

The starter is older than the shop. The butter is from a dairy forty minutes north. The line on Saturday is part of the deal.

04 · The baker's dozen

Buy twelve. The thirteenth is ours.

The card lives behind the counter with your name on it: no app, no points math, no email capture. Just the oldest deal in baking, honored.
