Editorial policy sources, dates, corrections

Useful claims need a trail.

How guides and visibility reports are researched and maintained.

Authorship and review

Joel Kelly writes or personally reviews every signed guide and visibility report. AI tools may assist with research organization, transcription, or draft production, but a person checks the claims, links, and final language before publication.

Sources

Data-heavy claims should link to an official source, original research, or a clearly identified industry study. When a page contains Tosa Marketing's own observation, the page should explain the method and distinguish observation from a verified fact.

Local visibility snapshots

Visibility reports are dated snapshots, not live rankings. Search results vary by time, location, personalization, platform, and repeated run. Named businesses are described from public sources; omission is not a negative judgment.

Updates and corrections

Material changes should update the visible review date. Factual errors are corrected promptly without silently preserving a claim known to be wrong. Businesses and readers may request a correction or provide stronger source material.

Conflicts and commercial context

Tosa Marketing may appear in comparison pages it publishes. That relationship must be disclosed on the page. Inclusion, order, or coverage is not sold unless sponsorship is explicitly labeled.
