Information you provide
Contact and website-check forms may collect your name, business, email, phone number, website, service interest, and message. We use that information to respond, provide the requested check, prepare a proposal, or deliver work you authorize.
Website measurement
The site uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand visits, navigation, and conversion actions. Clarity provides heatmaps and session recordings of interactions such as clicks, scrolling, and navigation. Form areas are masked, which keeps the values you enter out of those recordings.
The site also stores first- and last-touch campaign information in your browser so an inquiry can be connected to the page or campaign that produced it. This can include UTM parameters, landing page, and referring site.
Service providers
Vercel hosts the site. Resend delivers form and website-check emails. Cal.com handles scheduling. Google Analytics provides site measurement. Microsoft Clarity provides heatmaps and session recordings. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Sharing and sale
Tosa Marketing does not sell personal information. Information is shared only with providers needed to operate the site or deliver a requested service, or when required by law.
Retention and choices
Inquiry records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, business records, and active client work. You may block analytics through browser settings or extensions. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted.
