Custom web design Milwaukee and southeast Wisconsin

Custom website design and development

I organize the message, design the interface, and build the production site. You work directly with me from the first conversation through launch.

A useful website

What the website needs to answer

An urgent customer, a referred prospect, and a buyer comparing specialists need different proof and a different next step. I map that decision before designing the pages.

An urgent service call

They need to know

Can you help here, and can I reach someone now?

The site emphasizes

Clear services, coverage, reviews, hours, and a fast route to call or book.

A referred prospect

They need to know

Are you as capable as the person who recommended you said?

The site emphasizes

Relevant work, a clear process, business fit, and direct contact with the person doing the work.

A considered purchase

They need to know

Why should I choose you over the other credible options?

The site emphasizes

Specific expertise, useful answers, real evidence, and an inquiry that matches the decision.

Getting started

Start with a conversation

Tell me what the business needs. We will work through the pages, content, and features, then agree on the scope, schedule, and quote before work begins.

Discuss the project
How it works
  1. 01

    Scope

We define what the site must accomplish, what customers need to know, and what belongs in the first release.

  2. 02

    Direction

I settle the message, page structure, brand, and visual direction before polishing every screen.

  3. 03

    Build

You review the working site in the browser while I design, develop, and refine it.

  4. 04

    Launch

I test mobile use, accessibility, speed, forms, analytics, search controls, and ownership before the site goes live.

Practical questions

Questions about scope, ownership, and timing

We start with a conversation about the business and what the website needs to do. The proposal sets the pages, features, revision rounds, schedule, ownership, and quote before work begins.

Most custom marketing sites take four to eight weeks once content and direction are ready. A larger content system, custom integration, or brand project can take longer. I confirm the working schedule in the proposal.

Yes, when the project needs routine editing. I choose the simplest responsible editing system for the content instead of adding a CMS by default. Training and documentation are included when a CMS is part of the scope.

Yes, after final payment. The completed design, approved content, and project code transfer according to the written agreement. Third-party services and licenses are identified separately.

Every build includes crawlable page structure, metadata, core schema, sitemap and robots controls, analytics, search-console setup, and performance testing. Ongoing citation monitoring and visibility work are optional. Rankings and citations cannot be guaranteed.

Hosting and ongoing support are agreed separately. A care plan can cover maintenance, changes, monitoring, and visibility work when you need it.
