The whole build, on the record.
Scheduled overhead flyovers that document a project from groundbreaking to ribbon-cutting: dated, consistent, and shot from the same anchor points every visit. Documentation for owners, marketing for you, and a record if anyone ever asks what the site looked like in week six.
Verify the site from your desk.
A phone photo over the fence shows you a corner. An overhead shows you the whole site: excavation, framing, sequencing, and where the schedule actually stands.
Set it once, same anchor points, same cadence, and you get a clean time sequence that makes owner updates, draw requests, and marketing easy. We deliver the footage and the record; the schedule and the build are yours.
Builder questions.
A scheduled flight of your site, monthly or every couple of weeks, from the same fixed anchor points each time, so you get a clean before-to-after sequence of the whole build. Each visit delivers dated stills plus a short clip in an organized folder.
$300 per visit, booked in a minimum of three to keep the anchor points and cadence consistent. One-time aerials of a finished project are quoted by the site. Travel beyond ~25 miles of Wauwatosa is billed at the standard mileage rate.
General contractors, developers, and project managers who need documentation for owner updates, marketing, draw requests, and dispute records, and want it from the air, not a phone held over a fence.
Site-access requirements are confirmed before the first visit. Project-specific drone liability coverage is bound for each flight, and a certificate of insurance is available when the owner, GC, or property manager requires it. Airspace is cleared for the exact jobsite before scheduling.
Yes. We hold an active FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate. Every visit is airspace-cleared for the jobsite before scheduling, and project-specific liability coverage is bound for the flight.
